3. Order Processing & Shipping

  • Order Processing: 1–3 business days

  • Transit Time: 4–7 business days

  • Total Delivery Time: 5–10 business days

  • Order Cut-Off: 3:00 PM EST (Monday–Friday)

  • Shipping Coverage: United States only

  • Shipping Cost: Free Shipping

We aim to meet estimated delivery times; however, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control. We are not responsible for shipping delays once the order leaves our facility.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping if the order was placed incorrectly.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days to the original payment method after inspection.
